Workwear for B2B

Workwear that holds up in use and signals professionalism

A consistent look is part of a company’s brand. Customers recognize a professional at a glance, workplace safety improves with consistent markings, and employees feel part of a team. Brandix supplies workwear across sectors — construction, restaurants, healthcare, transport, warehousing and offices — with consistent logos, embroidered or printed.

An important distinction: Brandix does not manufacture clothing. We source blank goods (work shirts, jackets, work trousers, aprons, hi-vis vests) from established manufacturers — Stanley/Stella, Clique, Craft, Printer, Tenson, James Harvest, Cutter & Buck, Untagged Movement — and finish the logo in our own production in Finland. That combines manufacturer R&D and standard certifications with our own quality control on the logo finishing.

Sector-specific requirements are always the starting point. Construction needs hi-vis (legally mandated); restaurants need hygiene and wash durability; healthcare needs ease of laundering and replacement; offices need a polished look. The same Brandix logo finishing works across all of these, as long as the technique is chosen correctly.

This page focuses on B2B workwear by sector. Our broader apparel and textile catalog (t-shirts, hoodies, caps, corporate apparel) lives on the Apparel page.

Who this service is for

Sectors

Construction, restaurants, healthcare, transport, offices

Construction (hi-vis + protective gear), restaurants (hygiene + ease of laundering), healthcare (ease of laundering + replacement), transport (hi-vis + durability), offices (presentable look), warehousing (durability + practicality). Fabrics and techniques are picked per sector.

  1. Standards

EN ISO certifications and our role

EN ISO 20471 (hi-vis), EN ISO 11611 (welding garments), EN ISO 14116 (heat protection). Brandix supplies certified base products and finishes the logo — the actual certification comes from the product manufacturer. Important: post-applied embroidery or print can affect certification, so for hi-vis and protective garments we discuss technique case by case (heat transfer and labels are often safer than embroidery).

  2. Brandix’s role

Durable logo finishing — not garment manufacturing

Blank garments are sourced from authorized manufacturers; the logo is embroidered or printed in our own facility in Finland. That divides responsibility cleanly: manufacturer R&D and standard certifications + Brandix QA on the logo finishing.

  3. Brand consistency

    Consistency builds trust

Consistent uniforms increase recognition with customers, support workplace-safety guidance (which team is which) and strengthen employee belonging. Premium products (a quality softshell, a durable work jacket) make the message clear: this company values its people.

Workwear logos — which technique?

Different techniques hold up differently in work use. We recommend based on the actual use case.

Frequently asked questions

Do you supply certified hi-vis garments for construction?

Yes. We source EN ISO 20471 certified hi-vis vests and jackets from authorized manufacturers. The logo is finished using a technique that does not break the certification — typically heat transfer or labels. Embroidery is possible if the manufacturer’s certification permits it.

Can workwear be tailored, e.g. restaurant aprons?

Yes. We supply aprons, chef jackets and t-shirts to restaurants, embroidered or printed with the logo. We pick the material based on the restaurant’s use profile — heavy daily washing requires sturdier fabric than weekly turnover.

How many runs per year are typical?

Typically 1–2 main orders per year cover the renewal need. For larger companies an ongoing reorder model (e.g. starter packages for new employees ordered as needed) works better. We agree an annual contract that locks in price and lead time predictably.

Do you offer a distribution model (one order split by location)?

Yes. A single annual order can be packed by site or region, so each office or job site gets its own batch with no sorting work on the receiving end. This is common with construction firms and transport companies that have multiple geographic units.

Can the embroidery be changed later (e.g. rebrand)?

Old embroidery cannot be cleanly removed from fabric — a new logo can be embroidered next to or over the old one if the fabric tolerates it. Most rebrands are handled by ordering new garments and phasing out the old ones. We help plan the transition.

Do you also deliver fast when needed (urgent new hires)?

Yes. For standard items (work shirt, fleece, hi-vis vest) we keep an order path that delivers a starter package for a new hire typically in 5–7 business days, embroidered with the logo. For real urgency we negotiate separately.

How durable is your embroidery in professional use?

With high-grade rayon and polyester threads, embroidery typically holds through 100+ industrial washes without fading. Practical lifespan matches the garment itself — the garment wears out before the logo does. That is the decisive difference versus cheap transfer prints, which can fade and crack within months.
