The minimum order is 10 pieces. This applies to one logo and one product type — for example 10 caps with the same logo or 10 softshell jackets. For smaller needs we often recommend DTF printing, which works even on a single piece.
For orders over 50 pieces we always recommend a sample piece first. We produce one finished product with the embroidered logo, send it for review (or you can collect it from Somero), and only start the full run once it is approved.
We source from Stanley/Stella, Clique, Craft, James Harvest, Cutter & Buck, Printer, Tenson and Untagged Movement. Embroidery works well on polyester-cotton blends, fleece and softshell — we advise on material based on your use case.
