Yes — you are welcome at our Espoo office by phone appointment to view samples, thread colors and materials. We ask you to arrange the visit in advance by phone, as it is an office and showroom space and there is no always-on reception. The embroidery machines themselves are located at our production in Somero.
Typical lead time for Espoo clients from order confirmation is 5–10 business days, depending on product and quantity. Small rush orders (e.g. 10–20 caps for a trade show) can be produced in 2–3 business days by arrangement. Being local shortens delivery time versus the rest of Finland — same-day pickup is possible when production is complete.
Both are possible. We deliver within Espoo via a courier or our own transport — typically the next business day after production is complete. Pickup from our office is available by phone appointment on weekdays. Let us know which works when you place the order.
Our minimum order is 10 pieces with the same embroidered logo. For single gift items we recommend DTF printing, which suits small quantities better and which we also run in our own production. Get in touch and we will advise the best technique for your use case.
