Data collected

We collect the contact details provided via our forms (name, company, email, phone) and the content of your messages. As technical data we may log the IP address to prevent misuse.

Legal basis and purpose of processing

We process data to respond to quote requests and to manage the customer relationship. The legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and preparation of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Retention period

We retain contact-request data for a maximum of 24 months, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Data transfers

We use EU-based service providers for handling quote emails. Data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA without appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request its rectification or erasure, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (tietosuoja.fi, the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman).
